  • 1 tablespoon ginger-garlic paste
  • 1 teaspoon cumin seeds
  • 1 teaspoon coriander powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon red chili powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon garam masala powder
  • Salt to taste
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • Dried fenugreek leafs
  • Fresh coriander leaves for garnish

Boil the Eggs

  1. Add the eggs in a saucepan gently and cover them with water.
  2. Bring the water to a boil over medium flame.
