- Take all the veggies and wash it, 3 big aloo (potatoes) cube size, 2 Carrots (gajar) cube size, 1 cup fresh green peas, 8-10 beans.
- After washing them peel and chop potatoes and carrots to cube size, and chop the beans to very small size except both side of beans.
- Take a deep pan, or cooker, or steamer and place a pressure cooker rack or trivet to boil the veggies, add water to the pan or cooker then place a steamer plate over it, then add all the vegetables to it and let them boil over high flame for 10 to 15 min on pan or steamer or uncover the pan ans check them by using a fork and on pressure cooker for 2 whistles, till cooked properly.

- Make sure while cooking that boil the vegetables that much, it does not get drip while mixing.
- Take a large mixing bowl, add the veggies and take these ingredients
- 1 teaspoon ginger and garlic paste or minced
- 1 teaspoon coriander powder
- 1 teaspoon garam masala
- Salt to taste
- 1 teaspoon chopped green chili
- 1 teaspoon chopped onion
- chopped bell peppers
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- ½ black pepper powder
- 1 tablespoon breadcrumbs
- Use a spoon or your hands or a masher to mix all the ingredients till everything well combined. Make sure that the mixture holds together when pressed but is not too wet. If the mixture is too dry, you can add a tablespoon of water at a time you are mashing it or till reach the desired consistency.
- For more crispness add 1 tablespoon breadcrumbs, 2 tablespoon of cornflour mix them and let them set for some time.
- Divide the mixture into equal portions or how many patties you want to make and shape them into patties of your required size and thickness. You can make 4-6 patties depending on the size.
- Now take one by one ball and start flatten them and give almost the size of burger buns. At the time of flatten the balls sprinkle some corn flour over the patties and keep them aside.
- Now take bread crumbs in a flat bowl, add ½ teaspoon red chili powder, ½ teaspoon black pepper and mix them well.
- Now in a deep bowl, take corn flour, water, salt and mix everything till a nice mixture is formed. Now take patties and first dip in flour mixture, then in bread crumbs, repeat this process with every patties and keep them aside to rest for 15 to 20 minutes in a plate to set.
Frying the Patties
- Take a frying pan and heat 2 cup of oil over medium to high flame. Let the oil heat well and slowly drop the prepare patties into the hot oil one by one.
- Leave some space between each one and cook for 5 to 6 minutes on each side or until they turn golden brown and crispy from outside.
- Repeat the same process with every patties and cook them in same process as we did before.
Assemble the burger
- Now heat a tawa on medium flame, spread some oil over it and take the burger buns cut the it into two parts and toast them lightly.
- Place a veggie patty on the bottom of half of each buns, add the toppings such as lettuce, tomato, avocado, cheese slice, onions, mayonnaise, or other condiments as per your need.
