Instructions

Marinating the Chicken:

Begin with marinating the chicken pieces. In a bowl, mix take egg,ginger-garlic paste, turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt. Mix well to create a smooth marinade. Add the chicken pieces, make sure they are coated evenly. Let the chicken to marinate for at least 30- 40 minutes, Let the flavor of marination penetrate the chicken.

Preparing the Rice

While the chicken marinates, soak basmati rice in water for about 30 minutes. This step ensures that the rice cooks evenly and results in fluffy grains. After soaking, drain the water from the rice and keep it aside for further use.

Sauteing Aromatics
